Weslie is a global program leader, HR professional, and fervent advocate for disability inclusion, accessibility, and neurodiversity. With a proven background at top technology companies like Equinix, Adobe, and Meta (formerly Facebook), Weslie spearheads comprehensive global disability initiatives covering accessibility, site readiness, accommodations, education, training, recruitment, and technology infrastructure.

Academically, Weslie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University and a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California. Her Master's work focused on leveraging Neurodiversity as a competitive advantage for organizations.

Weslie has been recognized by EmployHer, Disability:IN, Chico State’s Neurodiversity and Disability Symposium, Lesbians Who Tech, Bottega, and This Can Happen.
