Divergent Talent Consulting is a Community Rehabilitation Partner thru the State of Utah’s Vocational Rehabilitation program within the Department of Workforce Services. Servicing Salt Lake and Utah County, we provide: life skills training, job readiness training, workplace management training, work strategy assessments, job development, job placement, job coaching, and work-based learning experiences (WBLE).

Terms and Conditions: By purchasing services through Divergent Talent Consulting, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

The term of this Agreement will begin upon receipt of payment and all necessary documentation required to complete services. The term of this Agreement will remain in full force until the completion of the Services. All services will be completed within 14 business days following payment and the receipt of necessary documentation, schedule alignment permitting.

All sales are final. We are under no obligation to refund money spent on services with us, no matter the circumstances.

While our work is professional and done with a great deal of detail, you are responsible for the outcome of your interviews and job performance. Our advice and guidance is merely an opinion and you are under no obligation to implement any suggestions given to you.

We by no means guarantee that utilizing our services will ensure any specific outcome like: receiving an offer, landing an interview, getting a promotion, improving corporate inclusion metrics, etc. The service is completely consultative and while implementing our suggestions has led to favorable outcomes for many, they are not guaranteed.

Divergent Talent Consulting and its consultants may, at its discretion and, where possible, in consultation with the Client, replace the person or persons charged with performing the Engagement, if and in so far as the Consultant believes that such replacement would benefit the performance of the Engagement.

Divergent Talent Consulting is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the use of project results given including but not limited to: advice, reviews, documentation, etc. Any use of these materials or suggestions is done at the buyer's discretion and remains their responsibility.
